Sunday lunch

This is my version of mussels the great thing is you can eat them like this with some good homemade. Bread or you can toss them with spaghetti, either way delicious and low fat
Remember when she buying mussels any already open or with a damaged shell should be thrown away.

Clean the mussels! ! In a big pan that you have a lid for heat some olive oil and lightly sauce garlic and some chopped italian parsley, add some fresh or dried red chili , add mussels and about 2 cups white wine or dry vermouth, put the lid on the pan and let them gradually steam open, when all are open throw them into a bowl and serve ......easy, they usually take between 5 and 10 mind to open up.
